Where to find the Forces of Nature in Pokémon Legends: Arceus

After completing the game's main story, players can visit Cogita to receive Request #94: Incarnate Forces of Hisui. This Request will allow players to encounter and catch the first three Forces of Nature Pokémon. Each of the four Forces of Nature has its unique spawn location, all of which are listed below:

Tornadus Location

Players can find Tornadus in Alabaster Icelands, specifically the Bonechill Wastes. To encounter Tornadus, players must visit the area during a blizzard. An area's current weather appears in the top-left corner of the map screen, and players should look for the symbol shown in the image above.

Thundurus Location

Thundurus lurks in the Cobalt Coastlands, and the Pokémon will spawn near the pronged rocks at the tip of Sand's Beach, but only during a thunderstorm. Players should look for the area's weather type in the top-left corner of the map screen.

Landorus Location

Landorus will spawn at Ramanas Island in Obsidian Fieldlands. This legendary Pokémon will only spawn during sunny weather, so players should keep that in mind when hunting.

Enamorus Location

Enamorus will only appear after players have the other three Forces of Nature Pokémon, completed their Pokédex entries, and returned to Cogita. Once done, players can encounter Enamorus at the Scarlet Bog in Crimson Mirelands. This legendary does not have a specific weather requirement like the others, so trainers can face it anytime.

How to Catch the Forces of Nature

Each Force of Nature has a unique typing that players should plan around. Make sure to bring a Pokémon that has an advantageous type when facing these mighty beasts.

Forces of NatureTypeWeak Against
TornadusFlyingElectric / Ice / Rock
ThundurusElectric / FlyingIce / Rock
LandorusGround / FlyingWater / Ice
EnamorusFairy / FlyingPoison / Steel / Electric / Ice / Rock

Each Force of Nature Pokémon will also employ a mechanic that makes them more challenging to catch than a regular Pokémon. They will have gusts of elemental wind surrounding them. To start a battle and eventually capture these Pokémon, players will first need to throw items or Pokéballs at the legendaries to weaken their forcefields. For Landorus, Thundurus, and Tornadus, players will need to do this three times before they are weak enough to battle. For Enamorus, this will only happen once.

Catching the Forces of Nature is not an easy task, so you'll need to get their health as low as possible before you attempt to capture them. Make sure you save before confronting each Force of Nature so that if you accidentally KO them, you can retry the battle. We recommend using Ultra Balls (if players have access to them) when fighting the Forces of Nature.
