Where to find Quality Worn Cloth in Rune Factory 5
Everything in Rune Factory 5 is either too expensive, not available without an expansion from Studio Palmer, or unpurchasable. This is why it helps to know how to craft your own weapons, tools, armors, accessories, and more. However, each item need specific materials to be made.
A piece of material that you may rarely encounter is the Quality Worn Cloth. It's used to make some pretty good armor. Here's where to find some.
How to get Quality Worn Cloth
Quality Worn Cloths are very rarely dropped by the Blazing Hecatonchire boss in Rigbarth Maze 2F. This is the same boss who drops Recipe+ breads. When used as an upgrade item, Quality Worn Cloth can add the following stats to your equipment:
- +52 Defense
- +35 Magic Defense
- +10% Stun Resist
- +10% Critical Resist
- +30% Seal Resist
It can be sold for 365G.

Quality Worn Cloths are different from the the Quality Cloths dropped by Goblin Pirates, the same monsters who drop Sharp Claws. Those can be found in Atohl’s End and, more commonly, in the Bandit King’s Old Base.
To increase drop rates, you can opt to equip a Happy Ring. You’ll need a piece of Silver and a Four-Leaf Clover to make it. But if you get lucky, Terry gives it as a return item, too.
