Where to Find NPC #12 Penny in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8
With every new season comes a myriad of new NPCs to find on the Fortnite island. In Chapter 2 Season 8, we start off with a collection book that lists 17 NPCs, some of which are new to Battle Royale, and some of which we've known for a while. In this guide, we explain where you can find NPC #12: Penny!

In the map above, you can see that Penny is near Retail Row, the named location in the southeastern section of the map, directly east of Lazy Lake. Penny can be found walking around the cat scratcher structure barely west of town. This may be a reference to her alternative Halloween style, which can be seen at her PGG Cosmetic Page.
Since NPCs have patrol paths, Penny might move around the area and the image might not represent their exact location. The easiest way to find an NPC once you have approached their approximate location is to look for the Chat Bubble icon on your minimap. This icon represents NPCs available nearby. Walk towards that icon and you'll be able to find Penny.
