There are many different things you can do to fill up your Pokedex in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. One of them is to get every Pokémon to evolve several times, even if you've caught its evolution. Pichu is one such Pokémon, but it can be quite frustrating to evolve for some players.

Pichu doesn't evolve from leveling up. Even if you hit level 99, it won't evolve on its own. It also doesn't evolve from stones- instead, you need to worry about increasing its friendship. This can be done by placing your Pichu on your team and using it to do tasks like harvesting items.
