What is Boss Mode in BitLife?
If you were wondering what Boss Mode is in BitLife, it is simple. Boss Mode is an upcoming DLC pack similar to Bitizenship. But, instead of giving access to various features as Bitizenship did, Boss Mode will only provide access to Job packs.
These Job packs will include content that revolves around new jobs in BitLife. The content will consist of new activities, events, and possibly new achievements and challenges.
Boss Mode's first job pack is the Actor pack and will add various new jobs. The jobs will revolve around employment in the Movie and TV Industry and allow users to become Movie or TV stars.

Both packs are a part of a new Movie update coming to BitLife. Players will also need to pay to access the latest content, similar to Bitizenship. If players already own Bitizenship, they will still need to pay to access the content.
Boss Mode will cost 5$ and the Actor pack, if bought separately, will cost 2$. The change to Bitizenship may surprise some players as previously, Bitizenship advertised granting access to all future content.
But this is no longer the case and was recently changed by the developers. The reasoning behind the change was to open up avenues for fans to support the future development of BitLife through paid content.
