Discipline is a hidden stat in Bitlife that affects characters in a certain way, but what it exactly does or how it affects players is not clear, so here is what it does and how to improve it.
What does Discipline do in Bitlife and How to Raise it
Discipline is a hidden stat in Bitlife that controls how easily characters can resist form getting and gaining addictions and how well they perform in school and work. Characters with low discipline are more likely to gain new addictions and will most likely do poorer in school and work.
But, characters with high discipline will do better in school and work and will have a higher chance of not gaining new addictions. along with being less likely to gain severe diseases and getting STDs such as HIV in events.
You can also check your current discipline level by going into the Mind and Body tab and clicking on the meditation activity; meditating will also sometimes increase your discipline level along with your health, and karma. If you want to maintain high discipline, you should avoid anything involving addictions such as gambling, doing drugs, and drinking.
