What are Roster Levels in Lost Ark
Lost Ark is an MMO, and there is plenty for players to do. They can explore beautiful locations, battle vicious creatures, and complete numerous quests. A good bit of these things in Lost Ark will reward the player experience. Like other MMOs, Lost Ark features a character level that you can increase. It also has a Roster Level that can be increased as well.
As you gain experience, both your individual character's level and your Roster level will increase. As your Roster level increases, all of the characters tied to that account will get special perks. These tend to be buffs to your characters' stats. You can claim your Roster level rewards by clicking on the Roster icon at the bottom of the screen and then selecting Mission Information.

These can both be tracked at the bottom of the screen. The blue bar will show your character's level and the experience needed until the next level. Clicking on the purple bar will show your Roster level and the experience needed until the next level.
You don't need to do anything special to increase your Roster level, as it will increase automatically as you progress. The higher your Roster level is, the better buffs and perks all of your characters will receive. Just make sure to claim your rewards when you unlock them!
