How to unlock the Il Molise stage in Vampire Survivors
In the March 12 update for Vampire Survivors, the game had a brand new stage added. A bonus stage Il Molise is a plant-filled stage where you’ll spend your time culling the flowers and trees rather than undead enemies for the most part. But how do you unlock the Il Molise stage in Vampire Survivors?
To unlock Il Molise, you'll need to unlock Hyper Mode for any of the previous normal stages. That means Hyper Mode for Mad Forest, Inlaid Library, or Dairy Plant. Previously you had to unlock all the Hyper Modes to unlock Il Molise. Now just unlocking any Hyper Mode will unlock Il Molise.

To unlock Hyper Mode fro Mad Forest means defeating the 25-minute boss Giant Blue Venus in normal mode with any character. To unlock Hyper Mode for the Inlaid Library, you need to defeat the 25-minute boss Nesuferit. Again you can do this with any character.
Finally, you’ll need to unlock the Hyper Mode for the Dairy Plant by defeating the Sword Giant, who spawns at 25 minutes in.
Once you’ve unlocked any of these Hyper Modes, Il Molise will be unlocked. If you’d already completed these requirements before the patch, then all you have to do to unlock Il Molise is start any run and then quit. You’ll unlock Il Molise on the score screen.
Unlike the other modes, Il Molise is a bonus stage that only lasts 15 minutes. It’s ideal for trying out characters and farming gold for Power-Ups.
