How to level up fast in NBA 2K22
NBA 2K22 introduces a new way to level up now that Seasons have kicked off. Season in NBA 2K22 allows players to earn rewards up to level 40 during the Seasons window. There are a few ways to earn XP in MyCareer, and here is how to get to level 40 quickly.
Playing Certain Game Types
The best way to earn XP quickly is to play a lot of Park games in the City or the Neighborhood. Park games are typically pretty fast and include 2 vs. 2 and 3 vs. 3 games. Playing park games will earn XP pretty quickly if players can get in on games without too much of a wait.

Other game types that will award a lot of XP are REC and Pro-Am games. These games are longer and have more opportunities to put up quality stats and earn a good teammate grade. Players can also earn a little XP from Old Gym games but awards less than other game types. However, since the Old Gym requires no squad to join, it can be a quick way to get into a game without waiting or while playing solo.
Squad Up
Playing with friends grants additional XP for every game you play together. Squading up is a great way to earn XP quickly. If you do not have any friends who play 2K22, there are many ways to find a squad or teammate. Players can simply go on the smartphone in MyCareer and invite players in the park or nearby, or various groups have invite notifications through console apps. However, if squading up is not your preference, there are other XP boosts to take advantage of.
XP Boosts
Players can earn double XP cards that they can activate for a set amount of time. Playing Park games while on double XP will level up players pretty quickly. Events also sometimes award double XP, so look out for any upcoming events by checking the event schedule on the smartphone in MyCareer.
Quests
Both current-gen and next-gen versions of 2K22 feature questlines in MyCareer that award various rewards for completing objectives like getting certain stats in games, exploring the City, or talking to NPCs. Quests award Season XP, so going through quests can be fun and will level you up quickly.
