To get the Tiger pet in Season 4, players must reach level 40 in MyCareer before the end of the season. Season 4 runs from Jan. 14th to most likely Feb. 23rd, but the end of the season may be subject to change.

To earn the Tiger pet, players should try to grind levels quickly by playing Rec and Park games in MyCareer. Some of the levels reward double XP coins, which are very helpful to quickly level up. During Season 4, the events will also reward double XP and have exclusive games to help players level up.

Surprisingly, this is not the first time a tiger has appeared in NBA 2K. NBA 2K16 featured a tiger pet as a Legend unlock, but now the tiger will appear in 2K22 as the level 40 reward. It is not known if the tiger pet will be customizable, but time will tell when the first players reach level 40. The Tiger pet will follow your player around the Neighborhood in NBA 2K22 after equipping it in the Equipment section.

Season 4 will also feature the first Legend reward in NBA 2K22 for reaching level 40 in all four of the seasons so far, however, the Legend reward has yet to be revealed. Leaks indicate that the Legend reward could be a blimp entrance like the previous 2K titles, but no official confirmation has been. It should not take long for someone to reach level 40 this season, and more players are bound to earn the Legend reward in seasons to come.
