Players interested in getting the Viva Festivale reaction set can do so by heading to Nooks Cranny. Looking into the turquoise closet inside reveals a new item that is available to purchase. That new item is the Viva Festivale reaction set, and it is being sold for 19,800 Bells. This set will only be available to purchase during the event, after which it will be removed from the game until at least next year.
