How to get the Only You Can Prevent Friendly Casualties Trophy in Call of Duty: Vanguard
There are a surprising amount of Trophies obtainable through Vanguard's seven-hour Campaign mode. Some of these trophies are pretty self-explanatory, while others opt for being cryptic. Regardless, most of these Trophies are missable, so it helps to know how to get them the first time around. Here is how to get the Only You Can Prevent Friendly Casualties Trophy in Call of Duty: Vanguard.
This trophy is attainable in the second mission, Operation Tonga. Only You Can Prevent Friendly Casualties requires you to throw smoke grenades from the anti-tank ditch to cover the charge. The first step to completing this trophy is getting the smoke grenades. These grenades are not found anywhere in the anti-tank ditch but much earlier in the level. They are found as soon as you go through the gate during the Take the Bridgehead objective.

Make sure to hold on to a few of these smoke grenades until you get to the anti-tank ditch. All you have to do is throw a few smoke grenades out into the open field between you and the machine guns and initiate the charge. This awards you with the Trophy.
So that is how to get the Only You Can Prevent Friendly Casualties Trophy in Call of Duty: Vanguard. You can do these same steps to unlock the Achievement of the same name on Xbox. Make sure you don't forget to grab the smoke grenades earlier in the level, or else you'll have to play the entire mission over again to get this trophy.
