• Go to Canalave City.
• Speak to the sailor southwest of the entrance to go to Iron Island.
• Meet Riley and help him defeat Team Galactic.
• He will then give you the Riolu egg.

Once you have the Riolu egg, you will simply need to walk around until it eventually hatches. This cute Pokemon will evolve into Lucario by increasing its friendship. Once its friendship level is high enough, it will evolve the next time it levels up during the day.

Riolu is a fighting-type Pokemon while Lucario is a fighting and steel-type Pokemon. Lucario has pretty good stats and a unique typing that make it a great asset for your team so you should get this Pokemon if you have an open slot.
