How to cheese Mohg, God of Blood in Elden Ring
There are many difficult bosses in Elden Ring, and with a game as large as this one, there are bound to be bosses that are cheesable. Mohg, God of Blood is one of these bosses. Naturally, Mohg is one of the most difficult bosses in the game, but there is a trick to the fight that will make him docile when encountered.
- Step 1: Reach the Mohgwyn Palace region.
- Step 2: Travel to the area where you fight Mohg.
- Step 3: Enter the boss arena for the first time, and then die to Mohg. Yes, actually enter the arena and die. This will be an important setup for a later step.
- Step 4: Now, players should see a wall of fog blocking the entrance to Mohg's fighting arena. The idea is to enter the arena, but without touching the fog. When standing in front of the wall of fog, look to the right to spot a few stone pillars.
- Step 5: Once the stone pillars are spotted, players should remove all clothing, equipment, Talismans, and Armaments.
- Step 6: With all equipment removed, players should make their way to the top of these stone pillars. This can be tricky and may take a few tries.
- Step 7: Once they are on top of the pillars, they should jump from stone to stone and make their way to the tallest pillar.
- Step 8: From here, players should jump to the wall facing the pillars. This is tough to do on the first try as well. The best way to make the jump is by sprinting, and players should avoid rolling or dodging with the sprint button as this could cause them to fall. To sprint without falling off, players should jump and then press and hold the sprint button while in the air. This will result in the character being in sprint mode when the walking analog stick is moved. The next step is to make the jump to the wall.
- Step 9: Once they are on top of the wall, players can make their way into the boss arena. Once inside, they can re-equip all equipment. Remember, the goal is to enter the arena without touching the wall of fog. If done correctly, Mohg should be docile when players enter the arena and won't fight back when hit.
Mohg, God of Blood gives an enormous amount of Runes upon defeat, so players should be sure to equip the Golden Scarab Talisman or use a Gold-Pickled Fowl Foot to increase the amount of Runes dropped even more.

Where is Mohg, God of Blood?
Mohg, God of Blood, is located in the underground Mohgwyn Palace region. This is a difficult area to reach and should only be done in the later game as the enemies in this area can easily out-level players. To reach this location, players can find a teleporter in the Consecrated Snowfield or complete the questline for Varre, an NPC that players will likely meet at the start of their journey.
