How to buy new outfits in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl
Even the Hoenn remakes didn’t let trainers change outfits, so the fact that trainers have the ability to customize their look in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl is a welcome addition. However, unlike previous mainline Pokémon games like Sun/Moon and X/Y, there seems to be a lack of boutiques in the cities and towns that you visit in Sinnoh. How to buy new outfits in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl
To buy new outfits, you need to go to the Metronome Style Shop in Veilstone City. It’s located south of the Pokémon Center.
You can’t buy clothes individually like you could in previous games; you have to buy the entire outfit as a set. Character hairstyles are also affected by the set chosen. The outfit change is applied to both your chibi overworld sprite and in-battle model.

If you pre-ordered Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, you can receive the Platinum outfits for both Lucas and Dawn. The Platinum outfit cannot be bought in the Metronome Style Shop.
