If you want to become truly powerful in Genshin Impact, then you need to ascend your characters and level their talents. Ayaka is a powerful unit, with most of her farming materials located in Inazuma. To prepare for pulling her, you will need to gather these materials in advance.

How to get Sakura Blooms
Sakura Blooms can be found all around Narukami Island, especially near the Grand Narukami Shrine and on the path leading up to it. The trick with Sakura Blooms is that you need to use an Electro attack on them to make them into a physical item that you can obtain.
How to get Handguards
Handguards, on the other hand, are far more frustrating. Handguards drop from the various samurai-type enemies, Nobushi. They are located on just about every island in Inazuma, excluding Tsurumi Island. The problem is that they have a low drop rate, so it's extremely hard to collect them quickly.
Where to Find the Perpetual Mechanical Array
The Perpetual Mechanical Array won't be accessible until you have completed a majority of the Sacred Sakura Cleansing Ritual sidequest. Once you gain access to the underwater area while doing the quest, you will be able to challenge the Array at any time and even unlock a Waypoint to easily gain access to the fight.

You can easily farm Elegance Talent Materials from the Violet Court on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The domain is located in Inazuma on Kannazuka Island. For Bloodjade Branch, you will need to go back to Liyue and fight Azhdaha, who is a weekly boss. Azhdaha can be unlocked by doing Zhongli's second story quest.
