Fortnite Best Friendzy Event: Dates, Rewards, & Everything we Know!
With the 17.50 update, Fortnite has opened a new event for its players called Best Friendzy. In it, you can receive rewards that were not made available until now by playing matches with your best Fortnite friend. Below, we have listed all the important details about the event.
Dates
The Best Friendzy event lasts for about two weeks. The official start time of the event is August 31, 2021 at 4am CT and the official end time is September 12, 2021 at 3pm CT.
Rewards
There are four rewards that you can earn throughout the event. They are shown in the gallery below.
As shown above, the prizes are the Outer Space Handshake Emoji, Invasion Remix Music, Life's a Beach Wrap, and the Aquari-Axe Harvesting Tool. The list above also shows you the order in which you'll receive the rewards, with the emoticon at earned at three points, the soundtrack earned at 10 points, the wrap earned at 20 points and the pickaxe at 50 points.
Additional Info
Points can be accrued when you register for the event on the official web page. Players who register can check their stats and progress to earn the rewards. Unfortunately, you can't combine your point totals across multiple friends. This means that while multiple friends can help you progress, the only points that count are the highest point total you earned from a single friend.
