Best Void 3.0 build for Hunters: Destiny 2

The Void 3.0 rework in Destiny 2 brought forth a plethora of new options in terms of character builds. Here's our take on the Void 3.0 Hunter build. These builds usually focus on staying invisible for the most time, while dishing out a lot of damage. Before we break down this build, we'll be focusing on the Mobility, Recovery and Intellect stats. If you can get a 100 on all three, there's nothing like it, but if you can't, try getting an 80+ on all three of them.

    • Volatile Flow: Picking up a Void elemental well grants your Void weapons volatile rounds.
    • Reaping Wellmaker: After activating your class ability, your next final blow on an enemy generates a Void elemental well.

    • Shieldcrash Wellmaker: Breaking an elemental shield with a matching elemental weapon generates an elemental well.
    • Kinetic Siphon: Rapid Kinetic weapon blows creates an Orb of Power.
    • Void Siphon: Rapid Void weapon blows creates an Orb of Power.

This entire build does a few things. The Sixth Coyote exotic armor gives you two dodge charges. If you use your finisher on any combatant, you get invisibility thanks to the Echo of Obscurity fragment. And finally, you turn invisible whenever you use your Super because of the Stylish Executioner aspect.

While all those items and perks take care of your invisibility, the mods take care of all the damage you dish out. With Volatile Flow, the volatile rounds you get will cause enemies to explode when hit with these rounds. The Font of Might gives your void weapons every time you pick up a Void elemental wells. The Reaping Wellmaker, Well of Tenacity and Shieldcrash Wellmaker mods take care of generating Void elemental wells.

If you've noticed, we also have a fragment that grants the Devour perk. So the Kinetic Siphon and Void Siphon mods help you create Orbs of Power which are necessary to help you activate the Devour perk. Interestingly enough, these Orbs of Power also grant you Super energy, so you can have your Moebius Quiver Super back up and running within a short period of time.

This build, however, isn't absolute. Most builds depend upon the playstyle you choose to adopt. Feel free to experiment with all mods and aspects in Destiny 2 in order to figure out which mods suit your playstyle.
