Best SWS-10 Loadout in Battlefield 2042
SWS-10 is the first Sniper Rifle that players unlock in Battlefield 2042. The weapon is perfect for long-range domination, but it can be tailored to be an athletic Sniper. Here's a guide on building the best SWS-10 loadouts for two different usage scenarios.
Best SWS-10 Loadout Battlefield 2042
The best SWS-10 attachments for the maximum range build are as follows:
- Sight - M11 6x
- Ammunition - High-Power
- Underbarrel - LWG Grip
- Barrel - Extended Barrel
Although the M11 6x provides optimum magnification, you may switch to the SDB 10x on more stretched-out maps like Breakaway. Take note that a higher zoom scope hurts the aim-down-sight (ADS) speed more. Next up, the High-Power rounds and Extended Barrel boost the effective damage range to the weapon's maximum and reduce the bullet drop.
But to reap this benefit, you'll have to sacrifice some of the reload speed, fire rate, and recoil control of the weapon. The LWG Grip isn't necessary, but it improves accuracy while stationary. Instead, you can use the ADR Bipod if you intend to use the SWS-10 while prone.

Here's another SWS-10 loadout for the fast ADS quick scope build:
- Sight - Raven 4x
- Ammunition - Close Combat
- Underbarrel - BCG Light Grip
- Barrel - Shortened Barrel
Raven 4x is a perfect sight for a quick scope class. You can also use Shan 2.5x for an even faster ADS at the cost of zoom level. The Close Combat ammunition is crucially important as it boosts the handling stats of the Sniper.
It boosts recoil control, reload speed, and rate of fire, all of which are desirable for a quick Sniper setup. The BCG Grip underbarrel improves accuracy while moving.
You may use the 6KU Suppressor for stealth and sound suppression for the barrel attachment. Otherwise, equipping the Shortened Barrel gives a boost to the fire rate.
