Methods to Get Each Disc
There are a couple different ways to get Music Discs, but the most common one (which we'll refer to as the standard method), is to trick Skeletons into killing Creepers by shooting them with an arrow. We have a more in-depth guide on how to do this if you use the following link: How to get Music Discs in Minecraft.
The other way you can get Music Discs is via Chests. However, only specific discs can appear in some chests. Most of them are obtained via the standard method mentioned above. The following list provides you with all the ways to get each type of disc. If you can get the disc via a chest, it tells you the percent chance that chest has to spawn that music disc in each version of Minecraft.

As you can see in the list above, the Pigstep Music Disc is the only disc that cannot be obtained via the standard method, and must be obtained from a Chest in Bastion Remnants. This is likely because Piglins only spawn in the Nether and tend to spawn in massive numbers in Bastion Remnants.
That covers all the basics about Music Discs in Minecraft. We're hoping there will be more in future updates!
