The Slumbering Court is an Artifact Domain located west of Fort Hiraumi in Seirai Island. Players who have not completed the Seirai Stormchasers World Quest may encounter an Electro barrier veiled upon the island. But you don't need to complete the quest to unlock the Domain, as it's outside of the barrier's coverage area. This Artifact Domain is home to the Ocean-Hued Clam and Husk of Opulent Dreams Artifact Sets, which are useful for healers and Defense-scaling characters, respectively.
